Coke System Conference 2024

One of the biggest events ever executed for Coca-Cola, this three-day immersive conference was managed by my team. I was involved throughout the journey — from pitching for the project, to conceptualizing the event theme and flow, all the way to on-ground execution.

The overarching theme, "Becoming the Best," was inspired by the spirit of the Olympics and the decathlon — symbolizing endurance, excellence, and unity. This theme carried through every aspect of the event, from design to programming.

The experience featured celebrity speakers, motivational panels, product showcases, NFC-based engagement zones, and high-energy entertainment. With multiple overnight transitions, we delivered a seamless flow of diverse event formats — including a welcome dinner, a high-tech conference setup, a Thums-Up Charged Night, a Biryani Festival, and a grand gala awards night.

Each zone was designed to reflect Coca-Cola’s brand ethos, from custom installations and thematic cuisine experiences to regional storytelling and large-format tech integrations — creating a memorable and immersive brand experience for all attendees.
